In stock products are delivered within approximately 2–4 working days. Weekend days are not included in the delivery time.

At KONO, we aim to ensure your full satisfaction. In line with transparency and consumer protection laws in the State of Kuwait, our exchange and return policy is as follows

First: Exchange Policy
-Products can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt provided that
-The product is unused and in its original condition with all original packaging and accessories
-The original invoice or proof of payment is provided

Second: Return & Refund Policy
-Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt only in the following cases
-If the product is defective or has a manufacturing issue
-If an incorrect product was delivered
-Refunds will be issued using the same payment method after the product is received and inspected
-Returns will not be accepted in the following cases
-If the product has been used or installed
-If the product was damaged due to misuse
-Discounted or final sale items unless defective
-Custom-made items

Delivery & Returns
-If the issue is caused by us (defective or incorrect product), KONO will cover the shipping costs both ways
-If the exchange or return is requested without an error on our part, shipping costs will be borne by the customer

Additional Notes
-Please inspect your product upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if there is any issue
-KONO reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return request that does not meet the above conditions

Custom-made products require a production time of 20–25 business days, in addition to 3 business days for delivery.
