Returns & Exchanges Policy

In Stock Returns

You have 14 days to return an item.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the return is approved or rejected.

If it is approved, you will be issued a credit memo immediately.

In Stock Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that the product is unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the replacement item has a higher price, the price difference must be paid.

If the replacement item has a lower price, a credit memo will be issued for the difference.

An exchange service fee may apply for arranging the pickup and delivery from the address registered in the order.

Credit Memo

The credit memo is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

A credit memo will be issued for the value of the returned items or for the price difference in the case of an exchange with a lower-priced item.

For returns, a return service fee may apply for arranging the pickup from the address registered in the order.

Made to Order Returns

We do not provide returns or exchanges for Made to Order items.

If the order is received damaged or has a manufacturer defect, we will either replace the item or repair it (if possible), free of charge.

We will require images and videos to assess the damage/defect and proceed in the best way possible while ensuring you are well accommodated throughout the process.

In the case of us proceeding to order a replacement altogether, we hold the right to request a return of the damaged item until the new one is received, depending on our final assessment.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when an order must be canceled due to our inability to fulfill it. This may occur because of incorrect stock availability or special manufacturing issues.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the product is received (if applicable) and its condition is verified.

KNET payments: 7 to 10 business days

Visa, MasterCard, or Apple Pay payments: 7 to 21 business days

Note: Weekends are not included in the processing time.
