Are your products ready-made or manufactured to order? Are they your own designs?

We offer both! We have a carefully curated collection of "In Stock" products, as well as exclusive "Made to Order" pieces crafted just for you.

If I have a specific idea or design, or even if I don't have one and want a custom-made product, can you do that?

Do you offer a measurement-taking service and deliver material samples for selection?

Yes, we provide a service to take measurements and deliver fabric/material samples so you can choose comfortably from your home.

Do you provide 3D designs before starting production?

Yes, for custom manufacturing orders, we provide 3D designs so you can visualize the final piece before we proceed with production.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods are available?

We accept secure online payments through our website (K-Net, Visa, Mastercard, and other supported payment gateways), in addition to "Deema" for installment plans.

Do you take a deposit (down payment) before manufacturing an order?

For Made to Order items, full payment or a deposit is required in advance to confirm your order and begin the manufacturing process.

Delivery, Shipping & Installation

Are orders delivered from within Kuwait or shipped from abroad?

We are a Kuwait-based brand. Local deliveries within Kuwait are handled by our own drivers and fleet, and we provide shipping (Air and Road) to all GCC countries.

How many days does it take for the order to be delivered?

It varies depending on the type of order:

  • In-Stock Items: Delivery inside Kuwait takes (3 - 5 working days). Shipping to GCC takes (5 - 7 days by Air) or (14 - 21 days by Road).
  • Made to Order: Delivery inside Kuwait takes (2 to 3 weeks). Shipping to GCC takes (3 - 4 weeks by Air) or (4 - 5 weeks by Road).

How much are the delivery fees?

Delivery or shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on the order size and country. However, delivery is free for all orders to most areas within Kuwait.

Does the price include installation, or just delivery?

For furniture orders within Kuwait, our dedicated team handles both delivery and installation to ensure quality setup.

After-Sales Policies

What are your return and exchange policies?

For In-Stock Items: We accept exchanges or returns within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused and in its original condition. A Credit Memo (valid for 6 months) will be issued. A service fee for pickup/delivery may apply. For Made to Order Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges.
