Made to Order Items

Some products are made to order and require additional production time before shipping.

Production Timeline: Made-to-order products can take up to 6 weeks to complete from the date your order is confirmed.

Made-to-order items are clearly marked on their respective product pages. You will receive updates about your order status during the production process.

Please note that made-to-order items follow the same delivery timeline (2-4 business days within Kuwait) once production is complete and the item is ready for dispatch. For GCC deliveries of made-to-order items, please contact customer service for specific delivery estimates.
