As diligent as we try to be, sometimes there are delays from our manufacturers that are out of our control. We do our very best to make sure this does not happen. Kono Home does not take responsibility for any delays.

In Stock Returns

You have 14 days to return an item.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the return is approved or rejected.

If it is approved, you will be issued a credit memo immediately.

Credit Memo

The Credit Memo will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

The amount will be equal to the total order value minus any additional shipping charges (if there were any).

Made to Order Returns

We do not provide returns or exchanges for Made to Order items.

If the order is received damaged or has a manufacturer defect, we will either replace the item or repair it (if possible), free of charge.

We will require images and videos to assess the damage/defect and proceed in the best way possible while ensuring you are well accommodated throughout the process.

In the case of us proceeding to order a replacement altogether, we hold the right to request a return of the damaged item until the new one is received, depending on our final assessment.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when an order must be canceled due to our inability to fulfill it. This may occur because of incorrect stock availability or special manufacturing issues.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the product is received (if applicable) and its condition is verified.

KNET payments: 7 to 10 business days

Visa, MasterCard, or Apple Pay payments: 7 to 21 business days

Note: Weekends are not included in the processing time.

Made to Order

Made to Order items are created especially for you after your order is placed. Instead of selecting from ready stock, each piece is produced based on the specifications you choose, such as size, finish, material, or fabric.

This process allows for greater flexibility and ensures that every item is crafted to suit your space and preferences. As production begins only after confirmation, timelines may vary depending on the product and its details.

Each Made to Order piece goes through a dedicated production process to ensure quality and accuracy before delivery.

How it Works

Once you place your order that is made to order, we will release the order to the manufacturer(s) as soon as we receive the payment. The manufacturer will begin production on the item and once it is completed, we ship it to you right away.

Deposit

For online orders, a made to order item must be paid 100% in advance.

Delivery Time

The typical production time varies slightly based on the different manufacturers that we work with. The standard lead time is usually 2-5 weeks.

Finishes

Materials and upholstered items can slightly vary in the production due to several reasons. For example, wood may have natural inconsistencies in the grains. Marble may have slight variations in the veins. Kono Home is not responsible for textile and material variations.
